A stripper is a person, usually young, whose occupation or profession consists of performing exotic dances in a public place prepared for this purpose in front of adult spectators.

It consists of an entertainment for adults that in the last few years has spread a lot.  It is performed by both men and women, having in common that the audience is mostly of the opposite sex to the stripper.

When the stripper is a man, the audience is mostly female and when the stripper is a woman, the audience is mostly male.
